Best of the Best (according to Germans...)

Tempo di settimane bianche e tempi di classifiche! Ecco quella pubblicata dal sito tedesco www.skiresort.de. Un interessante graduatoria che ha classificato le stazioni secondo una serie di paramentri (dalla preparazione delle piste alla grandezza del comprensorio, dalla vicinanza degli alberghi alle piste alla sostenibilità ambientale... etc) . 

Al primo posto Kitzbuhel, seguita da ben 5 stazioni a pari merito (Kaltenbach/Hochzillertal, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Skiwelt Weider Kaiser-Brixental, St. Anton, Whistler Blackomb). Tra i primi 50 sono presenti praticamente tutti i grandi comprensori delle Alpi e del Nord America. 

Certo il fatto che tra le prime 20 ben 11 località siano Austriache (5 tra le prime 6!) lascia pensare che per il sito di lingua tedesca l'affinità culturale sia, probabilmente, molto importante... Tuttavia è indubbio che in Austria siano davvero bravi a gestire il turismo invernale...

Per me il numero 110 in classifica di Wengen è comunque difficile da digerire!

Time of ski weeks and time of rankings! Here is the one published by german www.skiresort.de. An interesting list which graded the stations according to a set of parameters (from the preparation of the slopes to the size of the ski area, the proximity of the hotels to the slopes, to environmental sustainability ... etc). 

Kitzbuhel in the first place, followed by 5 stations (Kaltenbach / Hochzillertal, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Skiwelt Weider Kaiser-Brixen, St. Anton, Whistler Blackomb). Among the top 50 all the major ski areas of the Alps and North America are virtually present. 

Sure ... the fact that in the top 20 there are 11 Austrian resorts (5 in the top 6!) suggests that for the German web site the cultural affinity is probably very important ... However there is no doubt that in Austria they are really good at managing winter tourism ...

For me the rank 110 of Wengen (Switzerland) is still hard to digest!Find the ranking here.
